DESCRIPTION:Integrates the Polyvagal Theory which studies the brain-body connection and helps one understand how our body/mind reacts. While listening to the music (5 hrs) there is a coregulation and integration of the many feelings and thoughts within the brain. One needs to feel safe and grounded for treatments to be successful. \n  \n\n\n\n\nBeth is happy to offer the first hour for free to explore if this is a tool for your journey of self discovery. First session (1hr) is free to make sure that Safe and Sound Protocol is a tool which works for you. \nTaught through Zoom or at Beth’s residence for a total of 8 weeks at a time. \nWednesday ~ 10:00AM-3:00PM \nThursday ~ 1:00PM-3:00PM \nClasses Begin: January 11\, 2022 to March 1\, 2022 ($70) \nPricing is per class \nTo Register for individual sessions: Email bmccann@telus.net Please indicate date\, time and individual offering that you are interested in attending.
