Be Here Now

One of the first statements a beginning meditator hears is to sit comfortably.


A huge ask.  Often a meditator drops out of meditation because of physical unease or thoughts.

While meditating give yourself permission to adjust for comfort at any time.

Meditation does not need to be static.    

My Approach

Daily review

Allow yourself to review the past 24 hours

including the positives and negatives.

Attitude of Gratitude

Gratefulness.  During this time come up with

at least three things you are grateful you

accomplished in the last 24 hours.

Emotional Pulls

Empower the direction you are being taken,

not where you would like to go; but where

you are being pulled by your excitement,

inner sensing, intuition and so on.
