Hakomi  – a body centered therapy which is a form of assisted self-study. This includes little experiments done in mindfulness overall.

Hakomi is a great tool to assist your journey of self discovery. Hakomi sessions typically follow a sequence: contact, accessing, processing and integration. 

The Hakomi approach is more often used to by individuals wishing to achieve personal growth than individuals seeking treatment for specific mental health concerns. However, the principles of Hakomi can be adapted for use in most therapeutic encounters.
